Development
The toy design that would become Mega-Gun and Brown-King started as a 3D printed custom by TFW2005 forum member Insane Galvatron. He posted pictures of the custom in April 2010.[1]
Mega-Gun and Brown-King were first teased on the internet in December 2010.[2]
Reception
The [email protected] podcast for December 30th, 2010 Omegus Prime selected pictures of Brown-King and Mega-Gun as one of the New Picture Picks.[3] He liked that they were designed domestically through Shapeways, and called the design "decent". Vangelus said he saw prototypes of the design at BotCon.
The [email protected] podcast for April 21st, 2011 Aaron selected Brown-King and Mega-Gun test shot images as one of the New Picture Picks.[4]
The Cybercast podcast for October 19th, 2013 discussed Mega-Gun and Brown-King in the news.[5]

Fictional biography
When the glittering and rainbow gasses from the mighty Unicorn mix, they not only create life, but "rip" the very fabric of space-time itself. When Mega-Gun was made, the rift torn between realities pulled in spare parts that Unicorn had ejected from his rear hatch and gave them life. This is how Brown-King was born. Our reality is like a broken reflection of his own. Upon realizing how back-sided this universe is, he sets off to help the automated robots (they need someone to jump cliffs). Knowing they cannot both exist in the same reality, Brown-King seeks to kill Mega-Gun to save not only himself, but everyone in our reality.
