Blue Maximus is a Decepticon from the Transformers film series toy line who transforms into a World War 1 Airplane.

History

According to "Ask Vector Prime", Blue Maximus was one of several Decepticons created by The Fallen-along with Duststorm and Undertow-after the other Decepticons were transported back to Cybertron in an alternate timeline from the events of the Transformers films.
