Baking is named after someone whose last name was Baker, upon whom it was succesfully executed. It is an aggressive form of anti-bullying in which the victim and a group of friends insult and laugh at the bully.

Details

There are several components to a classic 'Bake'. Obviously the most important part is the bit which is directed at the bully, but there are other things involved as well:

  • Making jokes about the bully when they are not there: this helps to make the bully more of a joke among the group, and also takes away the element of fear which the bully may inspire. It can also be useful to insult the bully infront of his friends as this ruins his reputation.
  • Involve the bully in a negative way in TBQ or other PowerPoints: like making jokes about them, this also has a similar effect upon the reputation of the bully.
