3H Enterprises was a media company originally responsible for the storyline and figures for the annual Transformers convention Botcon, but went bankrupt partway through the production of the comics associated with Transformers: Universe. Some of their storylines would continue to be utilized by Fun Publications, who took over the running of BotCon after 3H's bankruptcy.
