  • Pages are good candidates for protection if they have been vandalized. You can leave a request for an administrator to protect a page on their user talk page (like User talk:Geo Swan), or on the Community portal. List the actual pages. If you weren't contributing to those page(s), or they weren't subject to vandalism, your request may be turned down.
"Semi-protection" allows them to be edited by established contributors, but not newcomers. Full protection only allows edits from administrators. Geo Swan (talk) 14:05, 23 November 2023 (UTC)

Remove or get "Nafiza Islam" page on wikialpha.

'Nafiza Islam' page has been created copying 'Divyam Agarwal' page even without properly editing the content. You can check and compare the content. Even their is Divyam Agarwal writing in 'Nafiza Islam' page and what about companies? didn't even edited them. just copied the page and changed the name in some places. i had removed all the content from 'Nafiza Islam' page before but you have reverted it. Community portal move

Wajahat Writer needs to be moved back to WikiAlpha:Community portal. Please prevent other users from moving it. WritingSnowman (talk) 17:38, 20 January 2024 (UTC)

  • F*ck. I encountered an unexpected bug. The full history was at Wajahat Writer, and a redirect was at WikiAlpha:Community portal. I deleted the one revision redirect, at WikiAlpha:Community portal, first. Then I told it to move Wajahat Writer back to WikiAlpha:Community portal. I was insufficiently paranoid about bugs. When it said "a redirect already exists, do you want to delete it?" I should have expected to be bit by a bug, but I didn't. I told it to go ahead. This should not have resulted in deleting the good revision history.
But it did.
The history of deleted versions should contain dozens of earlier revisions. But it doesn't. It just contains a few revisions, all blank.
