What is the license status of this image?

Could you please clarify the license status of File:IMG 20210911 170237.jpg? You uploaded the current version, someone in bed with a sleepy cat, holding a cell phone.

I re-uploaded File:Nura Alam.jpg and asked User:NuraAlam to clarify its status.

Do you know Nura Alam?

It is probably best to refrain from uploading unrelated images under a single name...
