Ultra vs. Warp is a pair of fictional characters made by TFClub in 2011 as a third party Transformers. They are an homage to the Transformers Ultra Magnus and Skywarp and Transformers Targetmaster sub-line.

Ultra and Warpare Targetroids, similar to a Transformers Targetmaster, but larger.
Other original third party Targetmasters include FansProject Blesser.
Other third party Transformer homages to Ultra Magnus include City Commander and Earth Commander.
Other third party Transformer homages to Skywarp include Mastermind Creations Warper.
