Tempest is a fictional character and third party Transformer homage to Generation 1 Cyclonus made by Keith's Fantasy Club.

Tempest is a homage to the Decepticon Cyclonus. He turns from robot to jet.
Development
This toy was originally developed under the name Cyberwinds. The names Tempest was suggested to Keith's Fantasy Club by Mathew Robert Ignash.
Reception
The Good Morning, Cybertron! podcast for May 19th, 2014 discussed the Tempest in the news.[1]

- Tempest turns from robot to jet. He comes with two guns and a thug partner. Tempest stands 16 centimeters tall, about Voyager size.
