Development

Mastershooter Collectibles posted the following on their Facebook page on October 25th, 2013:

Came up with an idea today ( Thursday ) and worked late into the night on it. Will work on it some more Friday night. Hopefully, it'll mean another limited exclusive. This time, for Slagacon!

Strangedog was announced on the MasterShooter Collectibles Facebook on October 26th, 2013. It was announced as a custom they made for a friend, and decided to make it into a limited run for Slagacon 2013.

Unsold units were available for sale from the Facebook page on the 27th.
