Scott Odierno
Scott F. Odierno (born 1967) is an American attorney and partner at The Odierno Law Firm, P.C., specializing in personal injury and no-fault litigation. He is known for his extensive experience in various areas of personal injury practice, including motor vehicle accidents, labor law, premises falls, and no-fault litigation.[1]
Early Life and Education
Scott F. Odierno was born in Bronx, New York, in 1967, and later moved to Long Island in 1973. He attended Brown University, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Medieval and Renaissance History in 1989. During his time at Brown, Odierno excelled both academically and athletically, serving as the captain of the Baseball team and earning recognition as a First Team All-Ivy catcher.
After completing his undergraduate studies, Odierno pursued his legal education at New York Law School, graduating in 1992.
Career
Upon graduating from New York Law School, Scott F. Odierno joined The Odierno Law Firm, P.C., where he currently serves as a partner. His legal practice focuses primarily on personal injury and no-fault litigation. Odierno is admitted to practice in Federal Court in both the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York, as well as all New York State Courts.
Throughout his career, Odierno has handled a wide range of personal injury cases, from intake to trial. He has achieved success in various areas of personal injury law, including motor vehicle accidents, truck accidents, labor law, scaffolding injuries, premises falls, and lack of security cases. Additionally, in 2003, Odierno established the firm's no-fault litigation department, which has effectively represented numerous medical providers in obtaining no-fault benefits that were prematurely denied by insurance companies.
Odierno also oversees all motion and appellate practice within the personal injury department of The Odierno Law Firm, P.C.
