The Prime Sword is a third party Transformer accessory made by Dr. Wu. It is based on the Star Saber from Transformers fiction.

Dr. Wu

The Prime Sword third party Transformer sword made by Dr. Wu. It is modeled after art of Prime holding the Star Saber by Ken Christiansen that appeared in the Transformers Vault book.

The Prime Sword has been released in four color versions, with different color blades, hilts and matrix crystals.

Other third party homages to the Star Saber include the Dr. Wu Skybreaker.

Development

The Prime Sword was announced on the Dr. Wu Weibo page in June of 2012.[1]

Toys

  • Dr. Wu DW-TP05 Prime Sword (blue crystal) (2012)
A design by Dr. Wu, modeled after the Star Saber sword used by Prima. This version is in silver chrome with a blue matrix crystal.
This design was also used to make the Ultimate Sword, the Dark Energon Sword and the Broken Blade.
Initial releases of this toy called it the "PRIME SWORO" on the package.
