Passyxchange
Offor Paschal Chineme (born July 28, 2000), also known by his nickname Passy, is a Nigerian entrepreneur known for founding Passyxchange, a full-service e-commerce company. The Gen-Z entrepreneur is known for rising quickly and establishing himself as one of the most successful young entrepreneurs in Nigeria.[1][2][3] Chineme is the CEO of Passyxchange and Passy Empire which is a real estate company.
Early life and education
Offor Paschal Chineme was born on July 28, 2000 in Mushin, Lagos State.[4]
He got his primary education at Lemuel School, Papa Ajao, Mushin, and his Secondary level at Royal Kristin College. Chineme attends the Nnamdi Azikiwe University and is an undergraduate student there in the Department of Mathematics.[5][6][7][8]
Career
Chineme started his business career at the age of 19. During his younger entrepreneurial years, Chineme used to sell recharge cards and Dstv subscriptions as a source of income.
He took a keen interest in digital currencies from a young age. His friend introduced him to crypto in 2019, and he soon started investing in digital assets, growing his total portfolio quickly.[9][10]
In 2020, Chineme and his friend launched their very own cryptocurrency exchange and e-commerce platform, Passyxchange.[11]
In his brief and growing entrepreneurial career, Chineme has won multiple awards. In 2021, the Student Union Government of Nnamdi Azikiwe University gave him an award of excellence. During the same year, he won an award of honor from the Physical Science Faculty of Nnamdi Azikiwe University.[12][13][14]
In September 2021, Chineme and actress Doris Smile's foundation donated food items to orphans, the aged, widows and the less-privileged to help cushion the effect of the Coronavirus pandemic in Enugu State.
Passyxchange
Chineme Launched Passyxchange in 2020. The company which is registered under the Corporate Affairs Commission of Nigeria, deals in cryptocurrency and gift cards.[15][16]
Chineme's vision for establishing the company was to create a platform to advance the use and knowledge of the crypto industry in Nigeria along with eradicating crypto-related scams and also creating job opportunities for the younger generation.[17][18][19]
Jeriqthehussla, a very popular eastern rapper serves as one of the main ambassadors of the company. Other brand ambassadors of the company include Influencer Ammma, Chisom E, Comedian TheFeyiii and SoftJo.
