Parker Lazeski
Parker Jay Lazeski is a Canadian entrepreneur, business strategist, and performance coach to elite business owners. He is known for founding and/or serving in executive roles for the online community RSLTS Club,[1] the real estate company Cascatta Developments, and the conglomerate companies Parker Jay Ventures USA & Canada.
Early life and education
Lazeski was born in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.
He graduated magna cum laude from the University of Saskatchewan[2] with a bachelor’s degree in Commerce, specializing in business finance.
Career
Growing up in an entrepreneurial family - Lazeski founded his first business doing house flips at age 18. This evolved to ground up home building and owning dozens of rental properties. Eventually, turning to commercial real estate he became co-owner of the Cascatta Developments after he purchased majority ownership in 2016. He built Cascatta Developments into a multi 8-figure company and was able to retire on real estate investments by the age of 25.[1]
Lazeski also served as a consultant and coach with organizations such as the Proctor Gallagher Institute and eventually founded his own firm RSLTS Club. At the Proctor Gallagher Institute, he was ranked in the top 1% of over 1500 PGI consultants in terms of monthly revenue and number of clients. At Queen of Ops, he served as a management consultant to over 100 businesses, leading them from the startup stage to making 8 figures. Lazeski is also a Tony Robbins Certified Coach and Firewalking Institute Master Instructor.
In 2019, Lazeski founded RSLTS Club, an online community for men that provided entrepreneur mentorship and leadership coaching.[1] He has hosted retreats through RSLTS Club in the Nashville, Tennessee area.[3] RSLTS Club also supports charities such as the Unstoppable Foundation and the Ascension Leadership Academy by donating 10% of the cash that it collects to these organizations.
In 2022, Lazeski founded Parker Jay Ventures USA, which is headquartered in Nashville, Tennessee.
Personal life
In his spare time, Lazeski enjoys traveling, hiking, reading, surfing, and downhill biking.
