Mugan Scope is a third party Transformer homage to Generation 1 Perceptor created by Keith's Fantasy Club.
Development
Keith's Fantasy Club first teased Mugan Scope, Akuma Scope and The Surgeon with a Facebook image in June 2013.[1] The image used for the teaser was an homage to the Perceptor cover of All Hail Megatron #15 by IDW Publishing, which is turn is an homage to the Vitruvian Man.[2]
Concept art of Mugan Scope was previewed at TFcon 2013's Third Party Panel.[3]
