Md. Ashikur Rahman
Ashikur Rahman is a young writer and social worker of Bangladesh. He plays the role of Central Organizing Secretary of Bangladesh Tarun Column Lekhok Forum (BTCLF). He has also been the President of Bangladesh Tarun Column Lekhok Forum, Islamic University Unit in the working year 2020-21. Under his leadership, Islamic University became the best Unit of the year among 17 Universities Unit.
He is also the President of the Islamic University Career Club (IUCC). He is the joint Convener and Founding President of the club. Under his leadership, the popularity of the club has spread all over Bangladesh. The club has already been recognized as one of the dynamic clubs of the Islamic University.
He is well known as an accomplished Debater, Writer, Presenter, and Public Speaker.
He has also been the Organizing Secretary of Lalon Shah Hall Debating Society of Islamic University. He was the Literary Editor of (CYB) Consumer Youth Bangladesh, Islamic University branch. Besides, he contributed the important role as Director of Promotion of Islamic University Model United Nations Association. He is also a permanent member of Alor Disha Bangladesh. He is also the Intern of Project Support Unit, UniV. Due to COVID Vacation, he was the C& F Agent employee of Tisha Trade International at Benapole.
One of his important achievements is that he has written more than 50 articles in various national newspapers like Jugantar, Dainik Sangbad & Daily Ittefaq. Basically, he writes on social degradation and international politics.
He was certified for research paper on 'Possibilities & Challenges of Education System in Bangladesh in the Gold Award Category. He participated in 2019 Inter-University Debate Competition and the NDF Debate. He was the Best Campus Ambassador of International Poster Competition by UniV in 2021.
He has been awarded various prizes. He is also the Champion of Public Speaking Competition-2019 by Islamic University Model United Nations Association. He is now studying in Management department of Islamic University, Kushtia. He wants to take Bangladesh one step further by moving forward at a slow pace.
