MSC-02 Fumina

The MSC-01 Lohengrin is the second mobile suit piloted by Melissa Newman in Drifting Down: The MS Girl. After her previous suit, the Ningyo, is crippled and by Clarissa Smithson and Mrs. Angel, Melissa becomes the Fumina's pilot when she discovers the machine in a derelict military base inhabitied by Mr. James Later, when Melissa is wired to the Fumina's life support systems, Mr. James repairs the former with the head of the Ningyo, and the latter'sun upgrading the suit into the EJSH-003 Fumina "Farrago"(later renamed the Starbreaker Feather)

Technology and Combat Characteristics

The Fumina, like the rest of its kind, is a "Mobile Cybernoid"-type mobile suit. More specifically, it is a "Super-Cybernoid"-type, as is the GYNK, since its performance is far superior than that of its predecessor, the HM-001 Ningyo. Compared to the Ningyo, the suit possess far more weaponry .
