Pratt has over 30 years of experience creating operational strategies and implementing manufacturing and sourcing improvements to drive value for businesses. Since 2002, he has worked exclusively with small to mid-sized companies with revenues ranging from $10 million to $1 billion.


At Forsyth Advisors, Pratt leads projects focused on strategic sourcing and supply chain optimization for manufacturing and distribution companies across sectors like aerospace, automotive, consumer packaged goods, contract filling, electronics, heavy industry, light industry, safety products, and value-added distribution.


Prior to Forsyth Advisors, Pratt served as Director at Harbour Group from 2002 to 2011, a private equity firm that has acquired over 150 companies across 30 industries. He was responsible for sourcing cost savings initiatives across their portfolio of middle-market companies.


From 2000 to 2002, Pratt worked as Director of Materials at Alstom Transport, where he established a U.S. supply chain to meet local content requirements.


Earlier in his career, Pratt spent over a decade at General Electric in various operational leadership roles focused on sourcing, quality, and manufacturing. This included leading GE Transportation's first Asia sourcing operation based in Jakarta, Indonesia from 1997 to 1999.

Pratt holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and a Master's degree from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
