Jetstorm refers to several characters in the Transformers franchise:

Transformers

The first Jetstorm was the name of an Autobot Aquaspeeder who turned into a car. He was introduced in 1993.

Beast Machines

Silverbolt (Beast Wars)-the Maximal who was reprogrammed into Jetstorm for a time during Beast Machines.
