Greg Lambrecht
Greg Lambrecht is the chairman, founder, and CEO of SinglePoint Inc. (OTCQB: SING), a publicly-traded holding company that focuses on the acquisition of undervalued companies. It focuses on providing management, capital, and technological solutions to various companies.[1] Lambrecht is also the founder of PCI, a consumer product distribution company which has merged with major retail outlets across the country.[2].
Early Life and Education
Lambrecht[3] obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree (B.A.) in speech communication and rhetoric at Western Washington University between 1982 and 1984.[4]
Career
Lambrecht started his company, which was formerly named Lifestyle Wireless, in 2004, before it became a public holding company called SinglePoint in 2011.[5]. Lambrecht’s tech company was focused on mobile payment solutions and text messaging before it started the cannabis business in 2014.
On August 8, 2019, Lambrecht’s SinglePoint Inc. announced that it had signed a master distribution agreement with Pure Products LLC – a ‘pure hemp’ cigarette-producing company – and become the primary sales and marketing solution for the company’s “Pure Hemp” cigarettes.[6]
On February 22, 2019, Lambrecht’s company completed the Asset Purchase Agreement for the acquisition of Direct Solar, a leading solar power production company in the United States[7][8]. Direct Solar is SinglePoint’s largest acquisition.
