FBS is an international foreign exchange brokerage and social trading company. [1] It is based in Russia, and the main headquarters are located in Saint Petersburg. [2] [3]

History
The company was founded in 2009. [4] [5] By the end of its first year on the market, it had launched its Partnership program.
In 2010, FBS received its first award – Best mini Forex-broker. [6]
In 2015, FBS reached 10,000,00 clients and partners. [7]
FBS adds Bitcoin, Litecoin, Dash, and Ethereum for trading in 2017, as Cryptocurrencies continue surging in popularity worldwide. [8] In 2018, it adds around 100 stocks in 2018. FBS launches its first APP – FBS CopyTrade, [9] a social trading app where people can track FBS trader’s orders and invest in their trades. [10]
In 2019, FBS launched two mobile applications: FBS – Trading Broker, a mobile personal area, and FBS Trader, an all-in-one trading platform. [11] That yer FBS client base reached 13 million users.
Licenses
The company is a regulated broker providing services in many regions. To meet the regulatory requirements of said regions, the global FBS services work under the IFSC license #IFSC/60/230/TS/18, FBS services in Europe are regulated by CYSEC under license #331/17, and FBS services in Australia are regulated by ASIC under license #426359. As a European brokerage company, FBS complies with the Markets in Financial Instruments Directive (MiFID) that provides regulation for investment services in the European Economic Area (EEA). [14]
As an Australian brokerage company, FBS complies with the ASIC regulatory guides, including Regulatory Guide 227, and the Corporations Act, including Instrument 2020/986 (“Product Intervention Instrument”) order.
Charity
FBS holds yearly charity for local Charitable organizations. [15]
In 2018, FBS collected over $310 000 for local communities in its Ramadan promo. In 2019, in the Ramadan promo, FBS raised over $241 000.
In 2020, FBS held a Trade to Help promo and helped raise over $434 000 for local charities.
In 2021, the big yearly promo was divided into three to better support different regions: the 2021 Ramadan promo helped raise $136 000, the Songkran promo raised $10 000, and the Charity Bonus helped raise over $67 000.
