Exgraver is a fictional character made by TFClub in 2011 as a third party Transformer. He is an homage to the 1985 Transformers Constructicon Scavenger. Reprolabels made a label set for Exgraver that makes it look more like Generation 1 Scavenger.

TFClub

Exgraver is a third party transformer and an homage to the Constructicon Scavenger. He combines with the other toys in his line to form Hercules, an homage to Devastator.

Exgraver has above average strength, courage and skill.

Exgraver is not the only third party Transformer homage to Scavenger. There is also Maketoys Excavator.

Development

The project that would become Hercules was first teased as EX-004 with an outline picture in October of 2009.[1]

An unnamed prototype of Exgraver was displayed at Cybertron Con 2010.[2]

Project: Deva's prototypes of Exgraver and Dr. Crank were displayed in December 2010.[3]

Exgraver was previewed at the Third Party Panel at TFcon 2011.[4]

Exgraver appeared in promotional photos with Mastermind Creations Cyclops.

Reception

The WTF@TFW podcast for December 30th, 2010 selected pictures of the Exgraver prototype as one of the New Picture Picks.[5]

The WTF@TFW podcast for December 1st, 2011 selected pictures of the completed Hercules as one of the New Picture Picks.[6]
