Ethan Lou is a Canadian journalist, who specializes in financial reporting.[1] He finished a degree in journalism at Ryerson University, in 2015.

Lou worked for Reuters, and The Toronto Star, prior to becoming a freelance author.[1] He is the author of Field Notes from a Pandemic and Bitcoin Miner.
