Elena Ksanti
Elena Ksanti is a Russian-Italian cosmopolitan artist who in her works reflects the spiritual purification and enlightenment of a human being throughout the entire life cycle of consumption, characteristic of humanity in the 21st century. The author’s philosophy is close to the theory of art therapy, which reflects the subconscious impulses of mental processes.[1] This is an innovation in painting since Elena's works are capable of influencing the psycho-emotional state of the viewer and are aimed at spiritual purification through esoteric practices and meditation.[2][3][4]
Career & Life Style
Elena Ksanti was born and raised in Rome, Italy, and currently resides in Rome, Italy. She graduated from secondary school with honors and entered Sochi State University. Later on, she received her second degree at the University of Illinois. Since then, she has entirely devoted herself to entrepreneurial activity. Elena Ksanti has successfully initiated several business projects.[5] For the creative self-fulfillment and development of her artistic potential, Elena graduated from the British Higher School of Art. Also, Elena has always been giving her attention to charity - in 2014 she became Vice President of the International Child Health Foundation.[6][7]
Elena started her artistic way in 2004.[8]
In October 2019 Elena Ksanti unveiled her personal exhibition called "Parallel Worlds" in Los Angeles. Although this was her first major exhibition, this represented a brief overview of her creative activities. The exposition included selected works relating to different periods of the artist's creative life, different in style and topic, but painted in the same acrylic technique.[9] Undoubtedly, Elena's stay in Rome played a decisive role in the process of her creative growth and evolution. Thanks to all the cultural drives she was inspired with during her life in Rome, the artist could abandon classical painting in favor of abstraction.[10][11][12]
Although Elena Ksanti has been pursuing her artistic research for over fifteen years, she has chosen to present her works to the public only after gaining full self-awareness.[13][14]
Her works metaphorically represent her intimate inner universe, which is the reason why she preferred to keep them confidential until today.[15] This exhibition has set the stage for the artist's excellent start and Elena Ksanti reached a new level in her creative activity. Her works were exhibited in several regions of Italy, Iran, Qatar, the U.S., and Russia.[16][17]
In September 2021, Elena Ksanti was nominated for the 2021 Person of the Year honor and received an award for her contribution to contemporary art.[18]
