Lost Protectors
D-Mon is a fictional character created by Play With This Too as part of their Lost Protectors series. He is the partner of Desolataur. He is an homage to Generation 1 Dauros and Skullgrin.
Development
Desolate and D-Mon were designed by Steve Redinger.
Reception
The Shattered Cast Uncut podcast for November 13th, 2014 discussed renders of D-Mon in the news. The hosts wanted a highly articulated version of the Decepticon Pretender shells, but were confused as to what you got with the Desolataur figure.[1]
The Retro Robot Radio show for November 15th, 2014 discussed renders for D-Mon, cape art for Desolataur, and crowd funding exclusive colors of Head Shots Vol. 1 and 2 in the news.[2]
