Brandon Makkole DeShazer (born January 2, 1984, in Racine, Wisconsin) is an American actor and former model.

Biography
Early life
DeShazer was born in Racine, Wisconsin, to singer Bruce DeShazer of The Wild Pair and Brenda Buchanan. He is of African American, French-Creole and Native American descent. He grew up in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and attended Marquette University.
Career
Acting
At the age of 7, DeShazer first appeared on television in a kids show on PBS called Get Real! (1991). He remained on the show for two seasons before working as a catalogue model for department stores like Target, Mervyns, and Kohl's. DeShazer began acting on stage in high school where he attended Wauwatosa West High School in Wisconsin. He played leading roles such as the Emcee in Cabaret, and at the 2000-2001 Ilium Awards he received Best Actor and Best Dancer awards. His first feature film role was in Virginia Jack, which was screened at the Sundance Film Festival in 2002. He appeared in Mr. 3000 (Touchstone/Disney, 2003), Derailed (2005), and Stranger than Fiction (2006). DeShazer appeared in catalogues as a child. He has appeared in advertisements for McDonald's, Zegna, Deisel, and Saks Fifth Avenue and in the magazines Sports Illustrated, People, Entertainment Weekly, and In Touch Weekly.
