Matthew Larson (born: August 26, 1975) is a renowned American entrepreneur, author, real estate investor, coach and speaker, best known for his expertise in real estate investment. He is known in the real estate industry, specializing in wholesale properties, fix and flips, rental property ownership, and property management. One of his notable coaching is The Deal Lab.[1][2]

Early Life and Education
Matthew Larson was born on August 26, 1975, in Monmouth, Illinois from parents Vicki and Gerald Larson. He graduated from Aledo High School in 1993 (now known as Mercer County High School). Larson grew up in the Quad Cities, a medium-sized metropolitan area on the Iowa/Illinois border. He has a brother named Jeff Larson and a sister.
Career
Larson began his career as a machinist, supplying parts to companies like John Deere[3] for 14 years, working in various machine shops around the Midwest, primarily focusing on agricultural parts from 1994 to 2008.
In 2005, he transitioned into real estate, where he has since thrived, overcoming numerous obstacles and achieving remarkable success.[3] Currently, Larson is a full-time real estate investor. He is dedicated to teaching aspiring and experienced real estate investors tactical strategies to grow their investment businesses successfully. Larson's trainings are known for being extremely thorough, reflecting his passion for sharing his knowledge and expertise in real estate investing.[4][5]
