Igor Fishelev

Hailing from the USSR, Igor Fishelev commenced his professional journey in 1991 as Vice President at "Link," where he oversaw investment activities and the import/export operations. From 1994 to 2001, he worked at Japanese company Mitsui & Co. Ltd's Yekaterinburg office, managing export of metals and chemicals, along with the importation of diverse goods.

In 2000, Fishelev ventured into entrepreneurship by founding Unimatic Ltd., a renowned provider of technologies and metal-cutting equipment. Specializing in offering technical support the Unimatic group is providing engineering services to machinery manufacturing enterprises. In 2018 Igor quited this business having transferred the share to his son Oleg.

Building on his entrepreneurial spirit, Igor Fishelev established Arpack UK Ltd in 2007, focusing on packaging mateerials and purification systems in the UK and other markets . Through collaboration with ARPACK GmbH, Igor successfully expanded sales and reinforced market presence.

In addition to his corporate endeavors, Igor delved into product innovation, pioneering smart lifter technology, air purification solutions and online platforms for automation of managerment work.

Igor Fishelev's academic background comprises a degree from Ural State University's Physical Faculty and postgraduate studies at the Institute of Metals Physics, Ural Branch of the USSR Academy of Sciences.
