Patrick Ductant
Patrick Ductant (born July 09, 1987), also known as Ghost,[1] is a Haitian American entrepreneur who has built a successful career in the Domestic Commercial Real Estate Sector, Entertainment & Private Events, Private Equity, and most recently, as the co-founder of his luxury brand Billionaires Row.[2][3][4]

Biography
Ductant was born and raised in Miami as the eldest of ten children to his Haitian parents.[5] In his early twenties, he dropped out of college to pursue entrepreneurship and became a real estate investor. Ductant bought his first property at the age of 23.[4][6]
Career
Before joining Billionaires Row, Ductant served as the CEO and co-founder of The Venturion Marketing Group, a marketing firm specializing in investment and real estate projects. Prior to that, Ductant worked at QM1 and QM2 Luxury Cruise Line in Product Line Services and Accounting.[5]
Personal life
Ductant is married to Julia Ductant, a successful entrepreneur from Sri Lanka. They have two children:[5] daughter Zoey and son Zak.
