Intro and Career

Based out of New York, Jessica Boskoff is the Founder and CEO of Twenty Three Layers – an award-winning Global Event Production + Design Agency. From concept creation to execution, Jessica is a visionary with a mind for planning remarkable events. With her 17+ years of experience working within the industry, combined with her deep knowledge of production + design, Jessica has quickly become a recognized innovator in the industry.

Boskoffs strong pull towards events began in hospitality, where she resided as the Event + F&B Manager at Soho House New York. The love for long shifts, the people, the experiences, and the challenges, became building blocks for her future endeavors.

Moving into the world of start-ups, Boskoff took a position as the VP of Member Experiences for boutique lifestyle + concierge firm, Four Hundred. Over the next 5 years, as growth continued and the firm expanded, she left Four Hundred to become an entrepreneur which led to the birth of 23 Layers. Catering to both social and corporate events, Boskoff and her team have since been creating unique experiences, unexpected design, and seamless production for clients like Google, AirBnB, Glossier, Sephora, Spotify, Pandora, Slack, PHM, and many more.
