As a result of this, she founded an NGO named TOGETHER WE CAN FOUNDATION which ensures Food Safety, Body/ Organ Donation, Cloth Donation, Employment Opportunities, Environment Protection, etc. She also participates in Government Schemes and shares them to people by her NGO like Har Ghar Tiranga, Self Employment, Cyber Security, etc. Punam Gupta uses to motivate individuals of College and Universities to not become a job seeker but a job giver. Before applying anything to people, she took a pledge of body and organ donation. She is a body & donor for medical students. She is a fit example of social worker in front of society. Along with social work, Punam Gupta is running many ventures. In the Covid Era, she started the start up named Immuno Life Pvt. Ltd. for the immunity boosting and essential products. Punam Gupta is also the Founder of Octa Life Sciences which is started under PMEGP Scheme, Director of Quality Services & Training Pvt. Ltd. which is an empanelled Training partner of Fostac (FSSAI). As a result, in 2021 she got second performer trainer award all over India by FSSAI. In her entrepreneurial and social career, Punam Gupta has received numerous awards and accolades. Punam Gupta established her start up, Immuno Life Pvt.
