Early Life

gBa was born in the city of São Paulo on January 21, 2005. He is of Croatian and Italian descent on his mother's side.

At the age of ten, through his cousin, he had his first contact with the game that would later become professional.

Since then, he liked the game and started training every day, fitting CS: GO into his daily routine, dividing his time between school and the game.

Career

Brazilian professional CS: GO player gBa had his first “team” called Zonia, in which he created and brought together four more friends to play online championships.

gBa called the team Zonia, in honor of Amazonia (Amazon Rainforest, located in Brazil), because at the time (August 2019), there was a massive fire in the forest, and the smoke from the fire could be seen throughout the country.

gBa’s objective was to win championships with big prizes to carry out campaigns to combat deforestation in the Amazon Rainforest.

Zonia won two amateur championships in 2020, and, unfortunately, the players distanced themselves and didn’t participate in any championships again.

Since then, gBa has been training intensively and is currently without a team, as since 2021 he has been participating in 1v1 (one against one) tournaments on the Challengermode platform.

Repercussion

He was on the list of the best 1v1 players in the world on the platform, having reached the 30th position with over 300 tournaments won.
