Zachari Saltmer
Zachari Saltmer (July 3, 1985) is a Nutritionist, Entrepreneur, Business Coach, and Food Insecurity Innovator with over 15 years of experience. Nia specializes in the causes and solutions of food insecurity, as well as Client Choice food pantries, blood sugar regulation, PCOS, Acanthosis Nigricans (AN), & Nutritional Therapy for those living with HIV/AIDS.[1]
Early life & Career
Nia, has been featured in Shape Magazine, O Magazine, Rachael Ray, NBC, ABC, Essence, Fox News, USDA publications, and many more. She has traveled to several countries following her passion for helping underserved communities, as well as aiding in hunger relief.
She has studied various health modalities from different countries & various populations. To name a few, she has lived, volunteered, and worked in Haiti, Beijing, and Guangzhou. She is an advocate for sustainable food systems & clean water. Most notably, she was on the ground advocating for the families during the Flint, Michigan water crisis.
