Early Life
Dr. Ajay Mandal is a kind hearted doctor along with social worker , social activist , social reformer and poet .He was born on 01 October 1988 in a small village named jamtala under police station named kultali in the district of South 24 Pargana, west bengal , India. in his childhood he has done his study in tough situation. he belongs to a poor family. he has no tution , sufficeient books. To become doctor he has overcame a lots of financial , social burden . but he dont loss his hope. now he is an good kind hearted doctor. He has started his social work from 2009 after taking responsibility for 20 children ( flooding, lodging ). From 2012 to now He has given INR 4000 per student scholarship yearly near about 100 students. then He has given 25 students monthly scholarships of 2000 rupees from 2019- till now. He has given food materials to a total of 11000 people. He has taken the responsibility for 17 families for their fooding from 2020- till now. He has given book, pen, khata to 500 children. Career
He has completed his MBBS degree in 2012 from medical college kolkata under west bengal university of health science .
He has taken a lots of additional degree from various medical stream like
1.Post graduate diploma in cardiology from RCP, (UK ), 2019
2. Post graduate diploma in diabetology from RCP,(UK), 2019
3. Member of amrical college of physician ( USA), 2020
4. Member of american diabetic association(USA) 2021
He is doing his practice in medicine field for last 10 yr . sub specialisation in cardiology and diabetology and critical care
he has given free treatment with medicine to poor people on the first Saturday of every month along with Cancer, Handicapped, and above 75-aged patient has taken the benefit of 100 less from their total fees. He has given total free treatment and medicine to Indian soldiers for their brave work from 2018- to till now. During the corona period, he opened a kitchen name "madhumitar kitchen" for corona-affected families for 3 months with a free daily meals ( lunch and dinner ). A total of 700 corona-affected people have taken benefited from this kitchen.he has always tried to give poor people money and food and money daily. He has given online free consultations for corona patients with about 5000 patients in the corona period. on his birthday, anniversary, wife's birthday He celebrated these special day with poor people with food and money along with food material. he has started the "SMS " code for corona awareness. S- a social distance of 2 meter M- mask on face always S- sanitizer or soap in hand. He has distributed SMS T-shirt and masks to the people of dinhata in the corona period. He has done sanitary napkin campaign for poor girls and women. He has given help to all sector of people like Muslim, brahmin, carpenter, riskaw driver, taxi driver, band party, Barbar, cleaner etc in covid period.
he has done these work following
1. free health check-ups for the last 5 years. 2. health benefits for poor people for the last 5 yr. 3. given food for the last 9 yr to poor people around 15000 people. 4. given cloth to 1000 people for the last 9 years. 5. given scholarships to needy students for the last 9 yr around 500 students. 6. given help in marriage of poor family girl total 28. 7. in covid 19 lockdown giving free treatment without closing chamber. about 5000 covid patients have recovered by me on online consultations 8. given a free book to 1200 student 9. every day 5-10 poor people take help from my chamber by money or food or any other goods for last 6 yr [4][5]
Personal Life
He is notable person in west bengal along with in India. He has taken many creative initiatives in Medical and social field and is also working in the poor distressed area people for the development of their quality of life by giving food , cloth, money etc . Dr Ajay Mandal’s success at a young age helps us to understand that we must try to succeed. he has brought a notable change by his innovative creative social and medical work in dinhata like so many people has started to give food to poor people on their special day like marriage anniversary, birth day any other occasion . No bhagabnd people in dinhata. if present they are getting daily meal . After his free treatment facility for poor people some of doctor has started to give free consultaion to patient . after his innovative huge social work on covid period a lots of organisation , individual has started social work for corona affected poor people. after his work no people of dinhata has started to become the helping hand for poor people. he has started "SMS " code campaign for corona awareness in covid time . S- social distance M- mask in face S- sanitizer or soap in hand .
he has distributed a lots of SMS tshirt and mask to people of dinhata in covid period . so people get aware against covid rule.
We have much to learn from him. We should all learn from young Dr Ajay Mandal that everything is possible if people try. He is a promising and inspiring figure for the west bengal along with india .
